I was recommended to visit this restaurant. I highly recommend going there as well. I had a wide variety of food and it was not that expensive for the experience and the meal. (10/person) The staff were really friendly and sweet. They checked up on us and asked if everything was going well and if we were enjoying the meal (hard to find these days). I loved the entire meal from start to finish. I highly recommend the bread and charcuterie, the pork sandwich was really good as well. Paired with the white sangria, which was really refreshing and washed everything down so well. The desert was Tripas with chocolate. It was really warm and the ratio of chocolate was just perfect for the bite. A complete meal and whole hearted experience that filled my soul.

My favourite place in Porto! I mean what I say..Sangria ..I have no words to describe it. I have tried it all over Portugal but in Lareira it is the best and costs only 2 . The food is amazing! I specifically recommend pica pão, tabula mista, pernil com ovo.. staff is cool. You just have to be polite and you will see the magic The place is packed Friday and Saturday..so try to come a bit earlier
Excellent food and service here. I came here for 3 times in a week! Don’t forget to order the sangria. The amazing cafe has the best sangria in Porto.
There are no words to translate how tasty is the \Pica-pau\. The best in Porto, for sure! The place is cozy, close to the Carlos Alberto's Square, a beautiful location.
Great place, can't recommend it enough. Simple good quality food and really friendly staff. The relaxed atmosphere and great value will bring me back for sure.

They have good sandwiches but the service is the worst we have experienced in Porto. The staff is openly unfriendly and rude. I am not coming back and do not recommend supporting this place.
