The moment we entered the bus, both drivers were unfriendly and rude towards us. They told us that (on a 20h bus ride) we could not eat. We did not book this bus, but we had to take it as the other bus got cancelled. As we did not intend to take this bus, we thought that we would ride under the same policy as in the other bus, but apparently we could under no circumstances have a single bag on a free seat in the more than half empty bus, as the unfriendly driver told us. Not recommended if you want an acceptable customer service. But credit where credit is due: the bus was very clean.

Nice looking bus but two completely icompetent drivers. Agressive and dangerous drive-style. The bus came about 2 hours to late and you where not allowed to eat on board! -on a 20 hour drive, you where allowed to eat in the 3 pauses

Falta de organização. Os lugares deveriam de ser escolhidos na altura da comprar para não causar conflites entre passageiros. Autocarros muito desconfortáveis para viagens de 25 horas. Serviço de Wi-Fi ao qual colocam uma imagem enorme em todos os autocarros acho que não passa de publicidade enganadora. Péssimo serviço prestado.

Fiquei em Zurique 6 horas à espera do autocarro. Quando o autocarro enfim apareceu, NÃO TINHA INTERNET. A viagem foi estressante e confusa. O atendimento ao cliente deixa a desejar. Péssimo serviço. NUNCA MAIS viajarei com esta empresa. Falta profissonalismo, mas principalmente respeito com os clientes. Nota ZERO!
