Absolutely perfect for a weekend (and more days if possible, it is really hard to leave!!) Minimalist decoration, the light, the plants, the awesome sofa, the cozy bed... The view!! Just amazing!! Next to Rua das Flores, some lively and rich street of the city it is the perfect start. Then S. Bento train station and so many amazing spots to visit... The host, Alida, simply the best!

The property is very conveniently located, near palacio da Bolsa, so close to lower and upper city. The host made a warm welcome and explained everything. As it was possible and we were travelling with a kid and the bed was small, we also got a free upgrade from Standard room to huge apartment with huge bed. The building has been restored, upper floors give a view and everything inside is of good quality. All conveniences are provided, it is a good place. We also had some info on the building plus some restaurants recommendation from the host. The backdoor to the Vitória stairs was fun. Check in and check out were very effective. Good ways to heat the apartment, even if large. We liked this place! The food for the breakfast implies that you manage on your own the preparation and cleanup. In addition to this, there is no meat for breakfast and some products are in small quantity, like the jam (others like the oranges are quite generous). Parking is done a bit farther away, either on paid one at 12 eur per day payable every 2 hours or in free area for residents, if you want to take a chance in narrow Street and pretend you are resident. You need to some planning to sync with host for check in.
We (a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids aged 8 & 10) stayed in the Deluxe Superior Apartment no.5 and it was stunning. The entire building from top to bottom has been beautifully and sympathetically renovated, the spiral staircase alone is magnificent. We have stayed in four other apartments in Porto across multiple trips, B28 was definitely the best. The central location is a fantastic spot, tucked away on Rua de Belomonte (close to Escovaria de Belomonte, a historical artisan shop selling brushes of all types, possibly the loveliest shop in Porto) but still in the heart of the city, walking distance to lots of attractions. The view of the Douro River across the roof tops from the apartment is one of the finest Porto has to offer. The apartment itself is carefully curated with such integrity, every detail is thoughtful, beautifully presented and immaculately clean. Beds were very, very comfortable and the linen great quality. The mezzanine bedroom is perfect for kids of all ages and is built around the traditional skylight, a lovely point of difference. The kitchen too was very well equipped. So much thought had been given to so many things and a generous, delicious breakfast is offered daily as is a cleaning services, Alida the owner and host was very lovely. If you want a central location, quality amenities, thoughtfully designed and well presented apartment with amazing breakfast and a warm welcome, in Porto, then B28 Apartments ticks all those boxes!

We stayed there in May, the house is clean, modern designs yet has the smell of an old great old culture, location is perfect. owner is amazing, she is passionate about the apartments and she is all over the place. they offer delicious organic breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel apartments for any stay in Porto . and whenever you are there don't forget to request the homemade berries jam and the flavored tea
It was our first trip to Porto and it was just perfect! We had a very relaxing stay at the wonderfully renovated B28 Apartments in the middle of the Historic Center. Everything is easy reachable for visiting the City and the hospitality of Alida made our trip an unforgettable stay.
