Bad experience with this store. Ordered a Delonghi hcx 9120e heater from this store and it arrived structurally damaged to my house 1 week later. On the same day (19/11) I submitted a request to exchange my product for a funcional one and, until now, I don't have a final reply on when will I get the functional new product i paid for. In summary: Contact phone does no work and the costumer service is not efficient when it comes to deal with this kind of issues.

Had a poor customer service, with one employee unwilling to help or to explain my options in a given context. Walked out of there with no solution. On other occasions though had better experiences, and the store has loads of electronics products and house hold appliances parts.

Lousy service. It's JBC representative in Portugal but is compleyely unhelpful to JBC faithful users. It's doing a bad service to the brand. The place looks like a cheap Chinese market. Avoid at all cost! Sad...
