Ordered a coffee at the self-service counter and didn't know that it's not open yet nobody told me. Waited 10 minutes until someone told me "We are closed".. I said I ordered a coffee he gave me a small espresso and left. That's not a coffee.

I love KFC chicken and have enjoyed it in many countries. My take away last night was the worst I have ever tasted. It was overcooked and the bucket contained only tiny wing pieces. Very dissatisfied Michael Carroll
I was on the road yesterday and made a stop at kfc, since my boyfriend asked me to bring him a bucket from there. After driving all the way home to lagos, my boyfriend and I realized, they gave me the wrong bag. They mixed up my order. My boyfriend was so disappointed, that he actually drove all the way back to portimao to get a bucket. The mix up contained a chicken wrap which I really enjoyed though.
Food was cold and not very nice. Went for lunch, ordered using self service and the food came quick enough but the chips were cold and the chicken was only luke warm. The sumol orange was very weak and not orange at all. Tasted more like lemon. Not very nice at all. Staff seemed friendly so that's what the 2 stars are for. Was going to complain but in a hurry and they were busy. Don't think I'll be trying it again sorry guys. Cold fast food is unforgettable

Não sou de fazer feedbacks a este tipo de empresas mas visto que fui informado que a empresa estaria fechada deixo a minha avaliação , atendimento pessimo rapariga super antipatica e arrogante , gerente que ja devia estar reformado é melhor nem comentar ,restaurante com baixo movimento serviço lento qualidade pessima ! Cheguei a comer diversas vezes de verão com o gerente Francisco onde o via praticamente sozinho e a difrença era do dia para a noite desde de sua saida só posso evitar ir la comer que nem um gel germicida sabem usar uma vergonha !
