For the increased freetime in that corona-time i wanted to replace my Team Losi Micro T (no spare parts to get anymore) and found one Kyosho Mini-Z Inferno in stock at his shop (in other it was sold out). He gave me good answers and advises to all my questions and also gave me a little extra on spare parts. When there where quick defects (differential and charger) he was helpful to solve it in warranty with Kyosho Europe (they thought it was my fault in use, but in 10min riding i can't do that much wrong). I could send him the car, he wrote a report and repaired the defect and send it back to me to Austria. Regards Mike
Upscale, remote control vehicles and their replaceable parts and pieces is what this store sells. The shopkeeper is easy to work with, repairs the vehicles for a small fee.

Atendimento por telefone excelente com um funcionário atencioso, bem disposto e entendido no assunto. Não só sobe ajudar com as minhas duvidas como também, depois de ter pago a minha encomenda, deu se ao trabalho de verificar se todos os componentes da encomenda eram compatíveis entre si. A Pole Position apresenta um site bastante intuitivo e fácil de navegar, que inclui um chat direto com o funcionário de loja no caso de alguma duvida. Infelizmente não tenho a possibilidade de visitar a loja física mas, através das fotos na pagina do Facebook, parece-me muito bem equipada. Escrevo este \Review\ após ter testado os meus produtos que chegaram em excelente estado e funcionam na perfeição. Não podia estar mais satisfeito.
