The firewood (10kg in plastic sack ) is rubbish, it is wet! Not even worth 50 cents. You should be ashamed of your shop Pingo Doce, selling wet firewood in an area where many people are poor, inexcusable! Last year the same. There are rotten vegetables is the bio veggie section and there is not much of it anyway. I do hope you read this ,from a customer since 6 years. You prices increase every week and are already high especially for this part of the world. Good that you bring in your own brand to keep prices low.

nice fish, good veggies, great cakes. very friendly crew. best place for shopping food in ourique. but folks: please have more biologically degradable soaps, washing powders, cleaning fluids, showersoaps. we have (almost) the year 2020. letz think green!

On our way to Lisbon we stopped here for a quick break. This Pingo Doce is of a decent size and has a good selection of all your basic grocery items. Fresh fruit and veggies, dairy section, meat, a fresh fish and seafood counter, pasta, rice and lots of household products. Besides that a nice selection of sodas (some good portuguese brands), local wine and beer as well. We stocked up on some water, soda, beer, wine and some snacks. All well-priced. A good supermarket, well organised and a pleasure to browse around.
