Amazing camp ground, great surf, and heaps of room! Feel free to light a fire in the evening with many pinecones you can find at the campsite. Low pricing an amazing quality! We stayed for over a week and we have enjoyed every single day of it. Highly recommended to all nature and beach lovers. Ps don’t forget to take dip in the river!

Very friendly staff, good and local food in the restaurant. Sanitaries not modern, but clean and hot water for shower! Would go again! Very good price! #letsguide
Came here for the night due to the reviews and wasn’t disappointed. It is a lovely setting with the owner and other staff being very friendly, excellent English, and the facilities being very good but also the buildings are very beautiful. I came at the end of the season ( closes end September) and the places to stay were amongst the trees and beautiful but a bit bare of grass and the restaurant/bar was closed so I can’t comment on that. The Wi-fi works well if you are relatively close to the reception building. The only downside was that there was a dog living nearby which was barking throughout the night and so if you get disturbed by that (which I do) then it means you don’t get a good nights sleep. There is lots of shade and some open areas and very good value for money indeed \u003c12 for Campervan with Electricity!!
Nice and quite camping surrounded by nature. The access directly to the river is a blast!
A nice clean campsite with a lot of trees and a waterfall nearby. Enjoyed our stay here - very peaceful
This is a fantastic campsite. A lovely little bar/restaurant with fantastic food. Friendly staff and owner who are always happy to help. Dog friendly and good shower and washing up facilities.
This has been our favourite campsite so far in Portugal. The site is friendly, well priced, clean and well maintained. The local amenities can be reached very easily and there is a new bike path to town covering half the ten minute journey. Pitches are not marked but campers instinctively know how to give space. I could foresee the one toilet block could get very busy in high season but there was no problem for us in late April.
Well run campsite. Bread available from the bar in the morning. Clean facilities and good hot showers. Some walking on the lanes around the site and to the beach and the town. There is cycling of you don't mind the cobbles.
