Was racially profiled at this location today. Was not allowed to walk around the store was told I had to wait at the front desk and tell the clerk what I wanted to get. I also was told that while I wait I had to keep my bags on the counter (in case I stole something). There were other people (all white) walking around the store with their bags so I know that I was being targeted specifically. The clerk was very rude. I would not encourage any people of color or English speakers to visit this art supplies store. In response to the owner: I was allowed to enter but I had to stand at the front desk. This situation was not in response to COVID regulations and the number of patrons in the store or I would've been asked to wait outside. Instead of gaslighting me about my experience you should be better training your employees to avoid situations like this In the future and ensuring there is a set standard on how customers are treated.

Awesome old-school stationary shop
It's a big shop but only two people working, waited 30mins but couldn't get any staff to help. A lot of stuff but really expensive
