This place has the most run down, degenerate customer service model I have experienced to date in all of my and my family's online shopping. Customer service refused o respond to online web form submissions for nearly a month and ignored my email. They said I must call them and obviously that was a dodge attempt to some illegal scheme that could not, and must not, have been registered in writing. Rest assured I have filed complains with every known online cunsumer rights protection agency, and this will - hopefully - eventually hurt their business. DO NOT purchase unless you want not to have any warranty on your products. Purchasing with Lojaweb is like purchasing used goods with no warranty or support. They don't seem to mind.

It was the first and last order that I will ever place to this store. I Ordered something simple, 3D Filament, and was hoping to have it in under a 1 week. Local buyer local Shop what could go wrong? The Truth, they let you place the order and then send you a message saying they have ran out off stock. Waiting faithfully over a month, I gave up on the order and requested a refund. Till this moment, no refund and no product !!!! This has been the worst online buying experience I have ever had. They relay deserve a zero rating as some have stated, but to be fear it should me a negative rating since zero would be to good for them. Stay away!!! Even if they give you anything for free it would still not be worth it!!! *Changed to *3 as i got refund

Deserves zero Stars for being the most unreliable provider I've ever experienced. Customer Service is more than unprofessional - even rude! I've payed almost 400 for a product that was supposed to arrive within 5 days, on which I counted. After those days passed, I got in touch with customer service, where they promised me, the product would arrive soon. Now, it's been more than 3(!) weeks and those incompetent people are not even keen on helping or finding a solution. Instead, they just hang up the phone on you... Lojaweb? Tried once, failed completely - NEVER again!!!

Avaliação Péssima Feedback do após venda muito negativo, informações contraditórias relativamente as datas de entrega dos eletrodomésticos o atendimento para esclarecimentos muito deficitário e pior é \ ligo já \ e nunca mais retornam as ligações telefônicas. Comprei na loja 4 eletrodomésticos na loja física verifiquei disponibilidade e garantiram a entrega a 12 dias. Passou 1 mês e nem eletrodomésticos e também nenhum telefonema a informar ou justificar tamanho atraso .
