We've been to this place 3 times so far for the completo menu. Loved everything we got. Chocolate mousse is amazing. Place is spotless. Great value.Coming again !

Surprisingly my meal and experience at this restaurant were excellent. I am the person who always checks google before I go to any restaurant. In this case I was just passing by and thinking about fried sardines. You can imagine my surprise when I came in and looked at google reviews. So , promoter was very friendly and honest. Sardines were perfect and exactly as I expected. I waited for the bill before writing review and it’s exactly as promised without any tip added. Promoter was very accommodating and gave me good price for the dish and suggested good economical wine. So overall , don’t pass by and take a chance. It is usual traditional restaurant with nothing exceptional I guess. Owner could improve it by removing extra lighting , instead of Tv , putting music inside and out , put some candles and here you go , much better. I guess those people who use google to see reviews won’t sfo to this place and they will never get the rating better even if something has changed.
Everything we ordered was pretty average, with some highs: the shrimp soup was ok, seniorito paella was tasty and the mixed grill of fish was really good, made with a variety of fish and cooked well. The staff was attentive and stopped by often to make sure we were satisfied. We really didn’t like that we had to pay for the bread and the olives that were simply placed on our table, as appetizers, we’d had preferred we ordered them.
Worst food ever. Steak was chewy and overcooked served with hair on top. Cod was full of big bones and despite complaining with the waiter, it was not replaced. Wouldn't come back.

Don't spend your money here! The staff is nice even though our waiter gave us bread and olive oil with some extra butter etc and didn't explain they were extra charge 1.20!!!(insane!) 1.20 per butter your don't even pay in America! The famous octopus dish was a disaster as well as the shrimp curry. Food is not fresh and we feel bad by vomiting. At the end two dishes and two beers costed 58 in Lisbon!!! They will add 1.20 for every complimentary thing that they will bring on your table and extra 5 for their service! Will never come back and I hope as many people read their reviews before going there.
