Always friendly and helpful. Today both members I talked with did their best to help and solved a tiny but annoying issue within minutes. The hands free microphone support piece was lost during a car clean (somewhere else). One member promptly asked her colleague if it was possible to order said piece and her colleague checked if they had a spare to avoid ordering the whole microphone set. Helpful and green! Thank you, you made my day!

Kind and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Would rate it 5 stars, if only after repairs i didnt have to wait for the mechanics to finish their cigarettes and chatting before letting me know that the car is fixed. Got late to work.
Have a good variety of products for those attempting vehicle DIYs; their service bay looks into small jobs & fixes but remember to make a booking. Staff are also helpful and multilingual. Parking available.
