Even though this is not a clearance store or an outlet, there were tons of merchandise on sale or clearance at this location. so definitely worth a visit if you are looking for deals, as the prices are extremely good. Stop is incredibly warm and friendly

Store employees are very nice and friendly but I was charged an incorrect amount for an item, and can only imagine how many others were too. Check the inside tag, not the outside tag, to make sure you are charged the correct amount. EDIT: Since making this review I was contacted and refunded the correct amount and management dealt with this incidence respectively and professionally.
João assisted me with my purchase in the women's shoe department. He was knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and courteous.
I did not like my experience. I had to wait for about 20 mins for my sneakers. The shop assistant simply left to talk to his colleagues and left me waiting for him. Then I found him on the 2nd floor talking. He saw me and said that he just got my sneakers that was not true. Then the sneakers that he brought were not the ones that I asked to bring. I could not believe in such a low level of service. He even started to argue with me when I said that the size was also wrong. He said that I did not understand him and left me again alone. Luckily there appeared another shop assistant Rita who was very attentive and proffessuonal that I cannot say of that guy Leo that is really a shame that he works in Nike. I will not be back to this shop and prefer shopping online. I also bought shorts for running and just discovered at home that they were for men. I clearly explained to another shop assistant that it was for me but she never told me that they are for men, and do not fit for women. What a shame of an experience.
Great cistomer service and quick
Had a great experience in this shop while buying a Football shirt. Employee Sidney provided the greatest service, recognising the special moment for a young kid and answered all his questions in the process. From helping us getting the right size, to explaining the customisation process and ultimately pressing the name and number. Very impressed with his patience and service level!! Clearly an employee that went above and beyond.
