It could be so much more, if you don't speak Portuguese you should get your information before going. Investing a little to atleast repair some of the information signs, would already improve the site. Still, it's nice to witness natural history and to stand in the footsteps of giants.

Very poorly signed, and, being an open space outside, pets (small dog on a lead) are not allowed...

Not to be missed by dinosaurs enthusiasts and families with kids, an easy 1.2 mile trek around an old quarry with some info panels in Portuguese, English and French. The footprints are nice to be spotted and represent various dinosaurs that used to step the muddy areas many million years ago. The natural monument has a small info center with gift shop at the entrance with annexed toilets and free car park. Recommended if in the area.

Very nice view from there. It's what it's : footprints. The best part is the view.

Very interesting is highly recommended. Inside the area you can go directly next to the trails of the dinosaurs. The area is created as a park with a walkway of about 2 km long. Nice view of the countryside in the area. When you walk around there are signs with good information about the dinosaur era.

A chance to see real dinosaur footprints and walk where they walked.
