My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment. Th apartment is spotless clean, well decorated, and has everything you need. There is a supermarket just outside the building as well a some little Cafes and a taxi rank. The main square is a couple of minutes walk away but you are still far enough not to be bothered by the noise at night, Pedro was always available and kept in touch during our stay. We also stayed in another of his apartments in the same block which was equally good

Pedros apartment in Albufeira was incredibly clean with a lovely balcony. We both really enjoyed our stay there and Pedro was extremely helpful and informative. The apartment was in old town 2 minutes to all the restaurants and 5 from the beach! Would highly recommend!
