Very nice resort that I sadly only had the chance to see in the spring. Summer should be better. Very family friendly (even with small babies). If you’re driving they have an individual garage for you. An apartment is a bit far away from the main building tough. I will definitely visit this place again. Breakfast has many options and the restaurant is ok. People are very friendly as well. I didn’t check the water sports as they were closed in April.

Loved the pool and it was fun staying in the hoses.The bofê was good at breakfast.Dinner and lunch.The outside of the doors of each of the hoses was fun and relaxing.it was fun,I loved it.️️️️️️️I thought the garage on the other side of the front of the house on the other side of the road was good and useful to put the car.I love the indoor pool and the outside pool, every day I woke up there I would go and eat breakfast quick and the I would go to one of the pools.but I would always go to the big pool outside. I loved my visit.
This is not a 5 star hotel. The room had broken window sills, the bathtub was cracked, and bed was poorly made, their restaurant/room service is ATTROCIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. If their rating was 3 star this wouldve been expected but 5 star??? NO WAY!!!!!

Great family place. Not too many if these resorts in portugal. Great way to spend a few days if your looking to laze and enjoy water sports. The service mostly great, some lapses. Staff were mostly friendly. We just experienced one rude person who seemed to be teaching other staff. Not something she should be doing. Infact the intern seemed much more hospitable. Anyhow we can't expect north American level service everywhere, but this came close. I would recommend and will go back again. If you know muskoka...then thats the kind of place this is. It was nice to call this home-base and do day trips to the estrela mountains from here as well.
For a 5 star Resort Hotel, the services offered are really good. The dimension of each house is impressing. However you can notice some degradation of the facilities, and the staff should be more aware of that
Amazing landscapes, good villas with private swimming pool, even though public swimming pool can be near your place it's still quiet and very relaxing. Staff is very nice and welcoming.
