Amazing luxury hotel in cascais if you want and stay out of the crowd of the city Kids area is the cherry on top of tge cake, on the outdoor: trampoline, castle, open space, ping pong, 2 sand playground, 2 heated swimming pools. Indoor there is a kids club where u can drop off the kids with the animator (9.30 a.m), plenty of toys and games. Ana and Diogo do a great job (my daughter was crying for the 1st 5min, after that, playing all time), Room is great, high standard, nothing to improve, amazing bathroom, great bed, balcony, nespresso... but the 2 mattress could be better connected (to minimize the space between). Breakfast: due to covid19 we did not experience the buffet option, was kind of pre ordered plus a la carte, however it was delicious! Whole complex is absolutely perfect. We had a 3 years old kid so our tine was around the kids area, but the other swimming pools for adults/relax, look amazing. Not good enough: the reservations team in sagres, they misslead some information, gave us higher rate (vs agoda, then corrected it) weren't sure what was free or additional charge... they need to do better for a 5 stars hotel. Nuno and constança at the reception were very friendly and helpful, top service. Next summer i am back

The staff are very kind. The hotel is designed for families so it has been super enjoyable for our children, hence for us :). Great pool areas, playground and kids club. My only criticism is around the cleaneness of the room, I would expect my room to be spotless considering the price you pay but other than that amazing.
Amazing luxury family hotel with great kids club and kids facilities. Soundproofing in the hotel is outstanding, food excellent and kids facilities are just great. Also very helpful and friendly service.
The hotel was great, we loved the fresh purees for the baby at each meal. Breakfast was great. We felt the attached restaurants were a bit pricey at first, but they seem about on par, maybe slightly more, than similar restaurants in town.
Nice hotel for honeymoon, rooms are nice for pairs, but if you are here forth friend or colleague, you're missing some privacy thanks to glass everywhere. Also switches and wardrobes are quite challenging to understand or find. Food quality is average, so it could really improve. SPA is satisfactory, jakuzzi awesome, outside pool isn't warmed. Staff is really nice and helpful.

What a fantastic place to stay. If you have kids, you deserve to come here and rest while they pamper you proper. Great staff, kids-friendlier than your own home and I am genuinely impressed with the restaurant food. Location is hard to beat as well, but I would recommend getting a rental car still... Great beaches around the area to visit with a car.
Wonderful hotel! The best place to stay with the family while visiting Lisbon. Only problem, it's so amazing, hard to leave the hotel to explore the rest of the city. This hotel has the most incredible and fun play areas for children of different ages and wonderful amenities for the whole family, including a luxury spa for the adults. They really care and cater to their guests, no matter the age. The staff are super friendly and attentive. The attention to detail and service shines through and through. We were all extremely happy with our stay. Also, the location is wonderful; it is located i close proximity to some of the best beaches, restaurants and historic attractions.
