The most unprofessional company I've ever had to work with. Impossible to reach on the phone. I tried to call at least 20 times in the span of 2 days and either no one picks up or after waiting for 15 minutes on the line someone does pick up and then hangs up! They promised delivery on a specific day so I arranged help to unpack 2 pallets and then of course they did not deliver and did not bother to let me know. Palletways decided to work with them in Lisbon area- good luck with that! Avoid whenever possible, just awful and customer service nn existent!
