This Worten has a reasonable mix between useful and useless sales persons. Quite many of them, but some would immediately say I am from another department (means I don't know anything), do not bother me and point somewhere to the opposite direction. Others will say with a touch of arrogance, - You have to wait, I am very busy now. You can mention the complaints book and it can melt some ice in their hearts, as the only thing they are scare about is the complaints book. Anyway, it is a relatively small Worten, therefore the selection you can expect here is rather basic. Recently I was looking for the air humidifier and I have asked five (5!) sales people simply to point me to the right place within the shop, and every one had a sort of excuse! So, depending on your luck the service can be between zero and five stars for this place, therefore I give it 3 stars.
