I put a star because i cant put zero. Two days ago, i bought some products. But like everybody, sometimes you just think about it and want to return it, because you thought it was expensive or you found another product cheaper or better. Ok, then today i went to return it at this shop, and it was a very hostile moment. Once i came in, the person who sold me those products 2 days ago, recognized me and started to act negatively, looking at her collegue, and started to speek in portuguese (Im spanish, and i understand a little), about me. She was seated in front of some products, and her collegue was attending a client, but she told me to wait her collegue rudly. Her collegue went to the cashier with her client, and told me in a gross mode to wait. After that she picked her phone to try to contact her manager. In a few seconds she came back, and told to the other saleswoman in portuguese: Nao contestao, (wich means, She has not answered me) Then in english, started to tell me that ''HER MANAGER TOLD HER THAT I CAN'T RETURN THE PRODUCTS ''. She continued saying that in Portugal theres a policy that in these products, that they sell without shield, you dont have the right to return them back, because They can't know if you have used it or not. Obviously i didn't used the products, but they either didnt bother to check them. Im living in Spain, and iv'e never had this problems in The body shop's there. As far as i know Portugal is still part of Europe, and regarding to comercial laws and policys, we share the same and more if we are talking about the same company, i would understand if its a franchise, but its not the case. After all of this, my experience in this shop was awful, not only because they refused me, but because maybe they thought that im a tourist and they could treat me like a fool.
