I bought an online item and after 2 months they did not send me the item. After I claim my money back, they have not yet send my money back. Poor support, poor communication. Why do you sell something online that you don't have and why do you keep clients money. In this pandemic they have to take care more about online stores not don't pay attention at all. I am so mad with this store.I will never ever buy something from this store specially online.

It is a bit unlikely to find someone asking you if you need something, so you have to go looking for someone to help you ... When I was approaching a guy he directed me to go to the cashier without even asking what I needed ... I tried to ask for information about two bluetooth speakers to prove the difference (to the person who does not deal with this) and I was asked to wait 1 minute, after 7 minutes of waiting and ignored, I left and not they didn't even try to call me ... It had happened to me before but I thought it was a difficult moment ... But I note with regret that it continues! Too bad because they are very stocked
