A cozy stay at a convenient location for a reasonable price. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The best part is that is close to the center, easy to go in any direction you want. The street has a few markets, shops, coffee shops. Another good part is that is not expensive. But the room was very small, same as the shower and the furniture was old and a bit smelly. A very small balcony, but was good for getting fresh air. The view was not bad, in the back yard and could see a bit from the sea side. The walls are too thin and you can hear every move, sneeze, laugh, water running, toilet flush that comes from the other rooms, very early in the morning, as people starts to go out. I guess it is ok for 1-2 days, but not for more.

Good location, clean and comfy. Although the building is in a really poor shape, but well , gets some charm from its age i guess.

We were able to drop our bags a bit early and complete the checkin even thought the room was not ready. The lady was very friendly and they left our bags at the room. Everything was very clean. Since it is an old house you can hear some noise from other guests We had fridge on the room. The furniture is a bit old fashioned. And there was a bit of mold

They refused to check me in twice, they were rude and inhospitable. I wouldn't ever recommend even to think about staying here. Better in the street.

The place is good - rooms are clean, two bathrooms are spacious and clean too (the only problem is that the housekeepers use some detergents with strong odour). You can also enjoy a beutiful small patio and a well-equipped kitchen. Making breakfasts and having them in that patio was amazing. The administrantion is friendly and helpful. It's pretty close to Cais do Sodre, which is in fact a transport hub of the city. Remember that you'll have to climb up the hill from the avenue, coming back home, but Lisbon is all about it. To sum up, it's a firm 4.
