The only thing we enjoyed was the pork chasiu. The rest is miles away from the real thing. The shoryu broth was too light. The ramen noodles lacked texture and bite. They served the same type of noodles for tsukemen which is surprising to say the least. They were too thin to properly draw the broth. We had high expectations from previous reviews but we were let down terribly. Also, the tables are quite close to each other which is not ideal especially during covid. In Lisbon, we prefer Afuri.

Really good ramen. The place was packed and I am happy we made a reservation as people were waiting outside. I will definitely come back.
Koppu provides excellent & authentic fusion of Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese foods. Great quality & service! Totally recommendable!
After a gorgeous dinner we revisited KOPPU RAMEN on the very next day :-) Plenty of vegetarian dishes. Very tasty food and lovely arranged. After 2 days - I guess the peak is around 8 p.m. - so book a table in advance. Good and friendly service. Check the menu online!
tasty food. Polite staff. I want to return to this place.
The staff always receive me superbly, always making me feel part of the Koppu family, making it a regular place for a visit of mine, at least once per week. The starters (I loooove those vegetable gyozas! ) and the Tonkotsu ramen, wow!!! To die for :) Love it, love it, love it! If you haven't visited Koppu yet, let me say to you this: You been missing a lot in Lisbon!! :) :)
Tonkotsu ramens (spicy and regular) were both fantastic (4.5 out of 5). The pork gyoza were literally perfect (and I literally know how to use literally, though I don't use it liberally). I've never had a better gyoza dumpling, not even in Japan. Delightful little joint. As it's only been open a couple of weeks, go now before the large crowds that are sure to come start causing long waits.
The ramen was delicious - if you're vegetarian, they have many dishes to choose from (not just ramen), so it is definitely vegan-friendly. My favorite was the Japanese cucumber salad!
