Unfortunately, the company is not responsive once needed and once you paid you will never get reimbursed for any issues that arise. Airbnb is the safer and by far more professional choice.

Olaias Classic by Homing is cosy, clean and quiet.
We rented a flat with Homing You in Lisbon in Aug 2020 called Downtown Chiado and we faced several issues... 1) Bed: what they called double bed for a couple has only 140cm... so it is not the standard double bed size that one could expect. Besides the size, the bed was extremely old, dirty and too soft 2) baby crib: we ordered one baby crib for our baby and it was extremely dirty and the mattress that was not fitting in it. We had to put a blanket under it so that our baby would not fall on a empty space inside the cot 3) dirty and smelly: the flat was handover dirty... Floors were dirty, under the couch probably was never cleaned before, all the decoration vases and books were just full of dust... the wardrobes smelled super bad 4) lack of equipment: they rent you the flat with nothing. No garbage sacks, just a very few toilet papers, no broom, no shovel, no sponge or any detergent for dishes... not even a hanger for you to put your wet clothes (since they have a washing machine, that would be expected)... so if you want to stay there for more than 2 days, you basically need to do a big shopping... they also provide insufficient bed linens and towels... 5) bad service: you have to go pick up the keys somewhere and no one comes with you to the apartment to show it to you... so basically you need to figure it out by your self... 6) no keys for the stairs: this flat (downtown chiado in lisbon) has 2 elevators but both got broken...aaaaannndddd the stairs that could be used to walk up to the flat were locked and Homing did not have the keys!! This was unbelievable... it is even a security issue.. if something happens at the flat you simply cannot go up to the flat using the stairs!!! We complained all those points to the staff who tried to help us but once they called the big boss (who never showed his face!) he just decided to ignore it... So I would definently never rent any flat with them again and would not recommend it.
Do not stay in their apartments, mold and fungus everywhere. Damp odour in rooms. Rude customer service. Do not recommend.

They are thieves and scammers. They stealing money from your credit card even you don't have any reservations. After that stealing, they dont response at all.
Don't even think about booking there. I booked on booking.com with free cancelation. They took more money as a prepaid from my card than they should. I canceled it in free cancelation time a week later and now I'm waiting over 5 weeks for my money back. With help a booking.com I got message that they 'will give my money next week'. 10 days passed and nothing. Saying I'm on quee and I have to wait so long is a joke. How long transfer money take time? 5 min, not 5 weeks. Having someone's money for over a month it's not serious, it's a scam. Edit 26.10.2020. If you don't have competent workers than send me a message with work proposal. If you don't pay with a minimum 2 months delay. For now, after 8 weeks I still didn't get my money back. Edit 09.11.2020. I get a money from booking.com, not the Homing. Not fair from object, but OK. But - YESTERDAY HOMING GET AGAIN FROM MY CARD 95,73 EURO WITHOUT ANY PERMISSION!! IT'S A STEALING AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMIDIATELY!!
Professional service. We rented an house for 3 months. The house was perfect as in the description, the service was professional and the communication with the stuffs was really clear and fast. I really raccomand it.
