I have been to hippopotamus in other countries before and every one I go to is always excellent and very close to oriente station

This place has mediocre food and horrifying service. I brought the family here and the waitress told us she spoke English which was a lie. We tried to flag her down several times and even when we made eye contact she avoided us. Unacceptably, unexplainable bad service
