A very nice traditional place, with traditional pastry and food. Nice vibe, good kind service. Price range is excellent!

This is a lovely little place. We enjoyed everything we had here. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Best tomato soup I have ever had. Lots of locals but they are cordial with tourists if you don’t have an attitude.

The food was okay but the experience was awful. I ordered off the menu for locals and the woman serving me was visibly annoyed I didn't order off the tourist menu. She was antagonistic the rest of my visit. After declining dessert I waited 20 minutes but no bill came. I walked up to the counter to pay, guessing that's how it works here, and was told I have to wait for my ticket. I paid cash and the waitress refused to make change. I was so ready to leave I didn't make a fuss. She got a nice tip for her bad behavior. Apologies to the people who come after me for encouraging her.

BEWARE! VORSICHT! TOURISTTRAP/TOURISTENFALLE! The Food is disgusting and from low quality. As reviewed from a lot of othe costumers...they have two cards - ind portugese and english - while the \English Menu\ has different foods and prices! The strange waitress who spoke english after she realisied that out portugese is not enough asked in the end of the day FOR TIPS and DIDNT hand out a BILL! Looks like a front. avoid at all costs.

I ate here earlier today and it didn't take long to realize they have a menu for tourists with certain prices and a normal menu with significantly lower prices. When I asked the waitress about it she told me it wasn't her problem, I then asked to speak with her boss, since price discrimination because of nationality is illegal in the EU. I didn't get to talk with the boss, only a check that was in accordance with the prices for non-tourists. The food was OK, the service was unfriendly and slow.
