Not tourist friendly. They have some nice things, but they refused to give a refund for something that turned out to be too small. No refunds at all. Very bad customer service !! Offered vouchers for future purchases, but that's not much good when you're from North America where there are no locations. Website has many mentions of returns, but apparently that only applies to online purchases.
