La Palma Hostel has everything you need in a hostel: a well equipped kitchen, a nice living room and even a pool for the summer. However, my wife and I stayed in their private room with one bathroom, and it was very cold. Apparently, the hostel was built over an old building that lacks thermal and acoustic insulation. The staff was very thoughtful and gave us two duvets, but we could only stay warm enough under them. Also we had a lot of trouble with the noise during the night, and I mean after midnight, with the sound of children running, playing and crying. Even though it is a nice hostel, those things make you want to try other places.

Amazing place fl of character. At the beginning of May a very quiet and clean hostel
Very cold room and bathroom (private room). I just felt comfortable under the duvet. Lacked good arcustic insulation as well. Bed makes a lot of noise. Needs an up grade.
I have booked room in hostel Atlas and they moved me to La Palma Hostel. It looks wanderful. Dark blue walls, big banana plants and pool on the tarrace, paintings, and murals on the walls. Everything was shine cleaned :)
