She gave us an initial consultation, at no charge, to explain her services and answer all the questions we had. We hired her last month to help us navigate the process of moving here permanently. I chose Cristina based on recommendations on Google and Facebook. Being only 24 and a first time buyer based in UK, I didn’t know much about the process. I arranged to meet Cristina 9 months before finding a property to discuss some questions I had about buying in the Algarve. At this point I setup a power of attorney to make life easier in the future. Fast forward 9 months later and I found my dream property just outside of Vilamoura. I placed an offer and it was accepted the same day. The following day I was due to fly back to the UK, so I emailed Cristina all the details and told her to buy the property on my behalf. Cristina did her due diligence on the property and land I was purchasing, she liaised with the real estate agent and a few weeks later I had a promissory contract signed by the 5 owners owners and a date scheduled for the final deed. I felt like I was kept up to date with things pretty regularly, everything went to plan. Cristina also sets up all the utility contracts too. I collected my final deeds a few months later and at the same time did a Portuguese will. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Cristina and her team
