Quite good, grilled cod fish and sardines, soup and prawn was fair. A bit disappointed with the bread. The bread was the worse so far as we have had in Portugal.
Lagostim Restaurante came recommended by a local guide and is a very nice, clean restaurant located in the popular restaurant district of Porto. The restaurant serves traditional Portuguese dishes with an emphasis on seafood. We had the sea-bass and the cod which were both perfectly prepared with just the right amount of seasoning. We had the popular waiter Pedro, be sure to say hi if you visit this lovely restaurant. The prices are quite reasonable and this is a popular place with the local population. Nov. 2019
I think this is one of the best restaurants I went to during my trip to Porto. It was my first time eating a Francesinha. It was love at first taste. Then I confirmed that it was delicious when I compared it to the one served in other restaurants. The owner was the one that attended me and she was very friendly! I will definitely come back to this place. The relationship between price and quality was very good.
We took Sea Bass and for us were very important that it was with ideal portion of salt! Also it has very tender meat and very delicious stewed cabbage as addition. For desert we ordered strawberry cheesecake and it has very air dough. Waiter speaks English, so there was no problem explain what we would like to order. I recommend to visit this place, when you will be in Porto.
Good food, fine service
Had seafood stew for two, very generous serving and homemade recipe. A healthy and satisfying experience, all at very affordable price. Friendly staff and fast service!
