Guida is a warm, kind and caring person and it was a pleasure to meet her during my recent trip to Lagos. I had a session of Reconnective Healing with her which was very relaxing and I felt the benefits immediately of a reduction in stress and anxiety, and a feeling of being more calm and present in the days since. I have also been a nervous flyer for the last few years, since family members were killed in a tragic air accident, and flying back home yesterday was the first time since then that I have been completely relaxed on a flight.
