Took a number at the entrance, number 20. Waited 20 minutes outside with about 9-10 other people queuing. After 20 minutes the numbers advanced from 9 to 10 with one customer leaving the store and one new customer entering. Had to leave without being able to buy anything.

Very good on site customer attention , despite the current situation, not to mention the Call Centre Staff also chipped in as well with their offer to assist in view of their computer system having technical difficulties which was a pity.
