I saw Adam several times during a recent holiday to Portugal. Adam was super responsive over emails outside of my sessions and is super experienced as well. Adam even offered to lend me his inversion table free of charge for my stay to help ease my pain. Going above and beyond and offering his expertise over email when I get back to the UK.

On my visit to Lagos, I experienced an acute pain in my ribs that came out of nowhere. Lucky for me, Dr. Garbett was down the road, walked-in to his office, and was able to see me when he had an opening. I left his clinic with instant relief and after about a day, the weird pain in my ribs was gone! I highly recommend visiting if you're having back pain.

Adam was great! He saved our holidays! My girlfriend had a terrible back pain and couldn’t walk. He saw her in the morning and given we had a flight the following day, he asked if we could go again at night. He went back to the clinic at 8pm only to see her. We highly recommend him.

Rugby, surfing, MMA and lifting weights...I thought pain was part of the game. Luckily its not and after a session with Andrew he reduced much of the surrounding stiffness and tension symptomatic of lower lumber vertebrae issues. The session is paced well with a full explanation of procedures. I also appreciated his holistic approach. Recommended by JWC.

Dr. Andrew is AMAZING! I was not being able to sit with so much pain, on my 1st experience I exit without words, I was feeling amazed for what happened. I did few RMN and TC on Alvor Hospital, several issues on back and no doctors give me solutions beside drugs, that in fact was not being enough for the pain. I wish I could take Dr. Andrew along, but at least I learned about Chiropractic and no words for what happen, the pain disappear !
