One of the best bakeries ever! Interior and atmosphere 100/100! If you have some time and want to grab a dozen of delicious macaroons, this place is definitely the right choice! If you’re thinking about a cake, choose caramel and chocolate one!
Fantastic baked goods. When studying in Lisbon I made a detour everyday to get a pastry from Ladurée. The croissant and the pain au chocolat were wonderful, as expected, but what blew my mind was the “croissant de noz” with walnuts inside - I love almond croissants but this walnut croissant was one of my culinary highlights in Lisbon.
Lovely place with excellent interiors and very welcoming staff. A great selection of macarons and desserts. Had a lovely cup of cappuccino and café ole dessert which was quite refreshing.
I didn’t try the macarons, but the chicken Caesar salad was the best I’ve ever had. I’m glad I found this place at the start of my time in Lisbon. Repeat visits are definitely planned. The staff are professional and attentive, and each one spoke English. That is important for me due to my total lack of speaking Portuguese. I wish I had taken a photo.
Always fantastic! 5 stars service and a fabulous Fig Charlotte
Not a tea house yet, but a little store where you can enjoy the macaroons themselves on the bar next to the store with a drink... stuff were lovely, welcoming and very friendly. We've only been to Laduree in Rome, and we really prefer this setting in Lisbon rather than the one in Rome.
Breakfast was very delicious...as always...
