It was pretty good, don't understand why there's so many negative reviews. Had to wait a little but it wasn't much and the chicken is worth it. I always buy the Bucket Duo Menu 3, it's spicy, tasty and it fills you up nice. The staff is friendly, didn't see any "food on the floor" the other reviewers mention.

This trip to KFC was a reminder why i havent done kfc in a while and wont do it again in quite some time!! The food quality simply isnt there. The service here was bleak. My burger had no sauce. The wings were not fresh and oily. Overall, i regretted consuming the calories here!
The food its just like any other KFC, but the service in the tills are the worst ever, the girls there are very uninterested with the customer, keep walking sideways just like zombies dragging the feet, ask any simple question and the answer it's just don't care.
You do not deliver in Sintra, stop advertising like you do.

Funcionárias olham de lado e atendem como se tivessem a fazer um favor, já fui varias vezes a este kfc do forum sintra e é sempre assim. Os hamburgeres ficam sempre ensopados , não sei pqq não tostam o pão um bocado, bacon cru (parece que estou a mascar pastilha), é tipo roleta russa, se tiver sorte sou bem servido.
