We walked in and were seated straight away, very friendly, we ordered our food, it came within 10 minutes and was delicious. We asked for hot Madras and were not disappointed. Well worth a visit

One of the best in Coimbra. Worth trying their Naan and Dal makhani! Favourite dishes so far. Also very welcoming and warm staff. If you are looking for some different varieties of food , you should definitely come to Italian Indian Palace.
Superb curry, great service and reasonably priced, what more could you ask for? The staff (when we were there) spoke excellent English and they were willing to tailor our orders to the heat of curry we preferred. Definitely recommend.
We love it here. One of two (?) Indian fooderies in Coimbra, this has the better spice palette. It also helps that the Italian portion of the menu does well for our kids, who don't (yet) appreciate all the heat. The service is considerate and conscientious, and we keep coming back. Don't be put off by the unprepossessing interior, this place is worth a visit.

1st visit here. Best Indian I have tasted in a long time. Sevice was excellent , friendly and professional. starters ( to share) were delicious, plenty to share , 4 different curries ordered as mains all tasty and plenty of it again .The plain naan and peshwari naan were fresh and tasty . Good value for money. Will definitely return. And definitely recommend
Love Indian food and this restaurant didn't disappoint!!! Great menu with a lot of choices. Good service and the pricing was good. Will be back again
clearly there is a good chef in residence, but most of the dishes are spoiled by the addition of too much sugar or sweetener of some kind. even the savory dishes have added sugar! We won't be returning unless we've heard there's been a change in that regard.
