My favourite coffee in Lisbon! Their food is also excellent. You will find both vegan as well as vegetarian options. Their vegan wrap is really fresh and tasty. On top of this, wonderful staff, they are all friendly and helpful. Nowadays when coffee is crime in Portugal, you can order through delivery companies.
Poor service. We were a couple, arrived on a Sunday, there was a small queue, made ourselves noticed by the person taking care of seating the walk-ins. She didn’t acknowledge our presence on any form, or said she’d be right with us. After 5-7 minutes of being ignored we just left. It’s another place for tourists which will close when they don’t visit.

Great atmosphere, very relaxing and modern. The type of place you could see some hipsters using typewriters to write poetry at. Didn't try the food, but the coffee was great. Will return in the future for sure!
The people here at Hygge Kaffe don‘t take this Hygge-Thing as their concept. They‘re living the Danish expression for wellbeing and harmony and the whole atmosphere is dyed with its mood. It was some kind of coincidence that we stumbled upon this place. Without knowing exactly what it was that draw us we made a reservation to have breakfast there the next day. One of the best gastronomic decisions within this year. It’s not just that every body there is really nice. They‘re taking care for you and your comfort and serve you with a heart warmed attitude. We had our hard time to pick up something from the menu. How will you do that when one thing sounds even better than the other? In the end we made it and it were great choices at all. But, to be honest, I got the strong suspicion that you can‘t go wrong anyway. I myself went for Café Latte, Hygge-Yoghurt and two slices of Smorebrod (toasted dark bread), one of it with bacon and egg, the other with Roastbeef. Believe it or not, it was a revelation. Actually we were so excited that we made another reservation for the next possible date. This time it will be some kind of brunch for us to try some other pieces from the menu. Thanks guys at Hygge Kaffe! It‘s great to have such a place around here.
