I went to this shop with a huwaei P20 that I had bought 1 week ago as was suspecting it had a problem with the camera autofocus. The staff at the shop said I could leave the equipment in the shop and they would analyse it, I said I wasn't happy with it since I had only bought the equipment 1 week ago thus I didn't want to leave it at the shop especially when they didn't have a replacement. They called me a week later saying they could offer me a an equipment that was worse and they would analyse it but it would take 1 week for them to check the camera. I said I wasn't happy as if they suspected the equipment had a problem they should offer me a new one as the problem would be a manufacturer one, so they should be held responsible for it! When I asked to speak to the shop manager she was incredibly rude leaving hanged on the phone besides making me false accusations. After this customer service one thing I'm sure of is that I will never buy a huwaei product again!
