This is a rare experience. I was very weary leaving my dog behind, but had to because of unforseen circumstances. The people of the dog hotel did an amazing job and they have a very good terrain for the dogs... Simply amazing

My dogs were traumatised and their blankets soaked in urine, very smelly. Had to drive home with the car windows open! One of my dogs had a terrible cough probably due to sleeping on wet bedding! Unbelievable really as the kennels look so professional! Very sad indeed!

Amazing place and very nice staff! we already went there a couple of times just to play with our Gsd in one of the spaces & has been great! Also planning to use the hotel when necessary

Algarve Retreats

We would like to provide feedback on our 4 retrievers stay from the 22nd-30th December 2017.The one star is just because you are local to us . On collecting them last night, we found that most of the food had been used, which was most upsetting as this supply should have lasted 4 weeks not 8 days ! We were amazed to be told that the \boys\ had been feeding them twice a day by mistake, not once as we had instructed ! Amber, the eldest has heart disease and has put on so much weight it will be hard to lose for her as she is limited to the amount of exercise she is allowed to do , HENCE EFFECTING HER CONDITION , WHICH IS SO UPSETTING FOR US . Duke and Ellie have also put on far too much weight . The blankets were wet through with urine and the dogs smelt so disgusting , we had to bath them immediately on our return home . We felt very disappointed after so many good reviews.
