Driver arrived after an hour and a half despite the company promoting 45 minutes maximum wait. Customer service were rude and unhelpful. Very inefficient service.

Confirmed pick up online with Green Bus day before our departure. Pick up was due at 5:25am from hotel to Faro... got a call at our hotel reception at 5:35am to say the taxi driver couldn't make it so we had to arrange our own transfer and pay. Still waiting for refund but no reply as of yet. It's been 2 weeks since...
Great service. Went to desk, wanted 5 mins for driver who took us through to minibus. Nice and cool from.aircon and driver smartly dressed. On pickup from accommodation driver arrived on time and again smartly dressed and nice cool minibus.
If I could give zero stars I would but had to give 1 to write a review. Arrived at airport at 11.30pm expecting driver to be waiting for us to take us to a villa. Instead all we got was a long line of people waiting for over 3 hours in some cases, for a non existent taxi transfer. Obnoxious staff offered no assistance although we had elderly disabled people in our party. Found out the reason there were no taxis was because green bus had not paid the drivers. Had to get a different taxi in the end and paid again. Hoppa should disassociate themselves from this company. I strongly recommend do not use them.
Absolutely appalling service! They cancelled our return transfer from Lagos to Faro last minute so that we had to book another transfer on short notice. Cost us an extra 70 and any attempts to contact Hoppa/Greenbus afterwards to claim a refund failed because the customer care team didn't even bother to answer to any of my emails/phone calls.
very bad service! we booked a shuttle bus from Marina Sao Roque in Lagos to Faro Airlines. Payment was made and the time was informed as 14:56. However, there was no bus coming after 20 mins. I made a call and the agent told me that the bus would not come because there was some problem with the car. We was asking them about why there was no notification about the delay. She was being really rude saying that \ there is no hope for you now I think you should get a taxi \. I argued with her for a bit about that and she tryna calm me down by saying that the company will refund the money we paid for the service as well as the taxi fare if we got the receipt. We trusted her and just followed what she told us. After sending a complaint to the email on the website, we havent got any response back!
At near to the last minute 48h before dep. been trying hard to report my flight chage of schedule...in vain, no feed-back whatsoever. Having read the reviews I am afraid to trust, and will not reccommend or travel again with greenbus. Minus stars!
Awful service. We waited for 25 minutes, called and received assurance that the driver is on his way, yet nothing. Lucky for us, Uber is a thing.
