Personal hat die Bestellung fast vollständig vergessen. Nach langem Warten, dann eine Rechnung mit allen Positionen drauf, die wir offensichtlich nicht bekommen hatten. Mitarbeiter waren dann richtig wütend, dass wir Beweisfotos hatten und sie uns nicht einfach verarschen konnten. Dann natürlich noch dieses Sackhaar auf dem Serviettenhalter.
