You were probably promised the best Poncha on Madeira a lot of times already, but this bistro bar actually serves the best Poncha in four different flavors: fisherman's blitz, Mandarin, Maracuja, and the traditional one (much more dry and fun to drink than elsewhere) - give it a shot!
Not expensive cafeteria mostly for locals . Good beverages and snacks.

Top notch. The food is great and beer is practically free: 1.50 for a beer! Staff were great too.
Lively place, really good value, lots of students as close to college. Ate picado with chips, meat could perhaps have been more tender but still delicious. Highly recommend!
