Excellent day out and the best way to see the island. Graham was a fantastic guide and took great care of us, my wife does not like heights at all (nor do I to be honest) but Graham made sure that we both felt at ease. The views are spectacular and a photographers dream, there are plenty of stops at points of inteterest and you never feel rushed. The trikes are well maintained and comfortable, they are also super cool looking, and it's fun to see locals and other road users waiving and tooting their horns as you pass. I would 100% recommend the tour as something you must do when you visit Madeira

We had a brilliant day. Jorge lead the tour and was great. He was patient with my nine year old daughter getting her waterproofs on and off. The weather was wet for some of the tour but that made it even more fun. Everything was so professional, organised and clean. Thank you to Graham and Jorge for such a wonderful and fun day. I fully recommend taking a tour on a trike with Madeira Trike Tours.

WOW first word come to my mind! Myself and my husband, and a group of friends who was on a transatlantic cruise, decided to book this amazing excursion. Jorge our chauffeur and tour guide, was super nice and fun and an amazing driver. This was by far the best ever excursion that we ever done. Everyone in our group had an amazing time. Thanks again Jorge to keep us all safe and for the wonderful day touring Madeira island.
Short Version… First Class Equipment – First Class People – First Class Experience Long Version… Graham has been preparing this new venture for a considerable amount of time and it shows. The garage where the trikes are stored is spacious and very well laid out, the trikes are immaculate and everything you might need is meticulously arranged. There is ample room to get accustomed to the machines before venturing out on the roads – and even the option of being “chauffeur driven” if you don’t fancy taking the controls yourself. Another example of the quality of this tour was the fact that Graham and Jorge wanted to get an understanding of which parts of the island we had already visited. This information in conjunction with the current weather conditions and knowledge of events which may be happening around the island resulted in a tour to maximise our enjoyment of the day. This was far more than a tour which blindly followed a pre-determined route to the tourist hot spots. Jorge’s local knowledge meant we visited places with stunning views, great coffee stops and even areas to consider as a base for future holidays. All done in a totally relaxed and friendly atmosphere, at a pace to match the mood of the moment. More pictures? More coffee? More riding? No “back on the bus in 30 minutes” with this tour! In summary – this tour will enhance your appreciation of this beautiful island and we will definitely be back for more of the same soon!
What brilliant trip. If you only do one excursion on your holiday make it this one. Have been coming to madeira for 13 years and we still saw something new. Jorge was an excellent guide/driver. You see so much more on the back of a trike. Well done graham great concept couldn't recommend this highly enough.
