I'm gluten-free, not a vegan. I'm a natural health doctor and a blogger and always on the lookout for healthy food when I travel. I stumbled across this sign on a little back street and was so relieved after walking around for an hour. The little cozy spot lives up to it's name. Family owned and owned by passionate family who embrace healthy cuisine. The mother cooks with her heart and it was all delicious (pictured here: mushroom walnut meatballs on zucchini spaghetti). Her son was amazing at explaining options and making sure guests were happy. I even loved their organic wine. The desserts were so tempting but I couldn't fit in any more food! It is the perfect spot off the beaten path and they are one very big reason I want to return to Faro. :)

Great place for vegan dinner in Farò. It takes a while to get your order, but it's definitely worth it! Good value for money. Nice staff
I find that the food is missing some seasoning. We ordered several dishes to go and one of them some salad. We were very surprise to discover that they have gave us a small portion of ( rocket leaves, slices of appel) for about 6,50. They charged us the price of eating on place. In general I find it overpriced for what I got as it was not really elaborated preparation. Also there is no discount for togo as we see in general in the neighbourhood. You can find good gluten free beers for 3,50.
I just had THE BEST PIZZA OF MY LIFE! It was crispy but not stiff and had great flavour. I still cannot believe it. I Iove pizza but because I am gluten intolerant I can't have them a lot anymore. This pizza was not only glutenfree AND lactose free but it was also seriously the best pizza ever for me. Ever! Like, better than my childhood memories of fresh pizza in the south of France, better than that slice in New York, better than that one in Italy. Although I live in Porto, True Food is a totally legitimate reason to come back to Faro soon!
Went here on the 19th of August for dinner, I had the vegan ravioli and my partner had the vegetarian it was delicious and very worth the money only thing I’d say is it needed less oil and more garlic otherwise perfect however I know the lady who was working was serving and cooking by herself! Their filtered water is delightful also really nice quiet and healthy destination for people who want something lighter and that’ll make you feel a little better ️ Thank you to the lady who served us you were delightful and spoke English very well️

Amazing food! Simply the tastiest vegan and gluten-free food around. Very delicious. The presentation, flavours and freshness. Simply the best. I can't think of anywhere serving better food. Vegan or not. Highly recommended. A must if you're visiting Faro.
Eaten very well. People are very passionate about food and really make it delicious.
