The perfect gym for some really good holiday workouts. A great amount of equipment and plenty of free weights. Very clean and a lovely location. Luis the Pt manager Is really friendly and helpful- highly recommend!

Nice gym, very friendly owner. They have all the free weights you'll need on vacation: dumbells up to 40kg, a good powerrack, elastic bands, kettlebells, tires, boxing bags, a good legpress, leg and hamstring curl, cables, two seated rows, incline flat and decline benchpress, and a bit of cardio. 5,- for a visit

Um agradecimento e elogio a este ginásio. Espaço amplo, com grande variedade de máquinas. Destaco o inovador "circuito do Aço" e GRIT que nos leva a desafiar o próprio limite. Escolho e continuarei a escolher o Keep Fit Gym Calheta como o meu ginásio sempre que regressar à Madeira. A diferença é também feita pelo exímio profissional que é o Luís Ascensão, que nos recebe sempre com bons conselhos, ensinamentos e amizade!

Ginásio bastante completo a nível de máquinas para hipertrofia e força. Excelente ambiente, os funcionários são bastante simpáticos. Recomendo a qualquer pessoa.
