I had the opportunity to be one of the first customers of the Aasta Ayur Wellness Center in Estoril, Cascais. This is a beautiful nature based wellness center, where the kerala traditional ayurvedic therapies are done. The experience was really nice. I have done, head massaging, leg and hand massaging. The aromatic oil which is prepared by Aasta Ayur with their knowledge in ayurveda is amazing. The massaging is really relaxing and refreshing. The therapies are done individually or in packages. The hair fall has been reduced since then, which is an added value to the massaging. Well trained therapist, who really cares each customer. It is a must try and recommended. All the best !!!
