The style is nurturing and careful, while still being challenging and vigorous. The teachers expertly help one to find that beautiful balance between inner calm and external effort that makes yoga so unique and fulfilling. I can't say enough good things about the teachers, the studio and the approach. I wish I could import the whole studio to my home town!
