This used to be the hub of all train transport not too long ago. The pastry shop handsome nice local goodies to enjoy while you wait.
Portugal's train services leave UKs in the cold. Cheap, on time, reaching rural locations, excellent online booking and info, friendly knowledgeable staff, adequate, simple, not over the top.
One of the main railway stations of the Portuguese rail network, it really needs some upgrading.
