Some nice items. Terrible customer service and management! Ordered a bunch of sun shades in custom dimensions....they needed three attempts for the dimensions to be roughly in the ballpark of what I had ordered. Ended up paying almost a thousand dollars for a terrible sewing job with wrong dimensions. No refund, no apologies.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. After ordering a custom couch, they forgot to order one of the pieces. After delivering an incomplete couch, they lied to me about the time needed correct it. In total, I ended up waiting 19 weeks for a complete couch. Owner didn't care at all, claims there is nothing he could do and that it wasn't his fault. When the last piece was finally delivered, the delivery people hid it in a corner of the balcony instead of following a direct instruction to leave it at the front door. They then did not contact me to tell me they had done this. This place is a complete disaster and I strongly suspect that all the good reviews are by fake accounts.
Strange company. Looking outside good but no fixed prices. Owner dissapeared. No warrant given on expensive furniture. Than gives the wife of the owner no comment . Doesn't want to give a complaints book if you ask for it. Brutal aggressive attitude
