Really good. The food is tasty, beautifully presented, reasonably priced. The staff friendly and professional. The place is luxurious and suitable for a classy date night or dinner with friends. Highly recommended.

Guava Iamguava

A mixed opinion, lunch time and we were the only guests. Service was good but my meal (fish and chips) was very average at best, although my wife's prawn risotto was good. Drinks are expensive.

The restaurant was a bit hard to find. But once found never forgotten. Great fine dining experience. Fantastic staff and so, so delicious meal. We had the menu of the day, 40 per person, a three course meal plus selection of wines with each course followed by coffee. Would highly recommend and pre book a table as it is very popular. Sorry we did take photos of our meal but have lost them somehow. Check out there Web page. They have another restaurant named just Cris, s.

Only the second time I've eaten here, but impressive food quality and service both times. \International style\ cooking rather than \Madeiran traditional\. Highly recommended!

Cris's concept menu gives you a free choose of starter, main and dessert with quite free flowing wine. Beex tartar and leg of lamb were good. Entertainment was at concert level. Especially the violinist was a virtuoso.

Lovely place but hard to find. If you are British DO NOT ORDER FISH AND CHIPS!!!!! Nothing like home.
